Camp Fees
A standard one-week session is
$180.
Other
weeks have higher fees noted under their program description.
All
campers who are not currently a member of Environmental Learning
Centers of Connecticut must become a member. Membership is $25 for
each youth or $50 for the entire family. All memberships expire
February 1st.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of registration when registering for less than
4 weeks of camp per child.

Membership must be paid in full at time of registration.

Campers registered for more than 4 weeks of camp may pay in 3 equal
installments due on March 1st, May 2nd and June 9th 2008.

All camp weeks must be paid in full prior to the start of camp.

After the start of camp (June 23, 2008), payments are due at the time
of registration.

If payment is not made prior to the time required above, the camper
will be removed from any future weeks and the opening given to other
individuals without notice. The Center will be under no
obligation to permit future attendance.

Partial payments for any weeks are not accepted.

Optional bussing fees must be paid in full at time of registration
payment.

Morning or aftercare may be paid as needed on a space available
basis.
Fee Discounts
There
is a 10% discount for registration of 5 or more weeks if paid in
full by June 9th 2008.
There
is a 5% discount for all siblings attending the same weeks..
Refund Policy

Full cash refunds will only be issued to advanced registrations
that cancel with 30 days notice prior to the start of camp or for any
week topic which the Center cancels.

Credits toward future programs will be issued to registrants
who have a bonafide illness and inform the Center prior to the start
of the absence. Credits are valid for one year from date of issue.

No refunds or credits will be given for other than the reasons above.
