To make reservations for a visit to the Preserve and
Farm, please call the Preserve at
(860) 583-1234
Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
All programs require advanced
scheduling of at least two weeks. Please note that the Preserve and Farm are only
open to scheduled groups. |

About the Preserve |
|
The Indian Rock
Nature Preserve is part of Environmental Learning Centers of Connecticut, a
private non-profit educational and land preservation organization that serves
over 120 school systems in Connecticut. |
|
Minimum Fees
|
|
Unless otherwise noted, programs have a minimum fee of $70/hour of instructional time per one of our instructors.
A program scheduled during our prime season (Sept. 15th - Dec. 1st and April 1st
to the end of school) that starts before 11:00a.m. and does not end by 11:30a.m.
will have a daily minimum per instructor fee of $280 for a Field Trip and $300
for an Out to School program.

Lunching at the Preserve |
|
Indoor and outdoor
lunch facilities are available on an advanced reservation basis for your visit.
Please schedule your lunching needs while booking your tour as indoor and
outdoor lunching space is limited.

Gift Shop
|
|
Our Gift Shop
features Farm, Nature & Native American oriented educational and souvenir
items. The shop will be open at lunch or after your visit. Items range in price
from 25¢ to $10.00.
