Payment
Policy
All payments must be made in full
at the time of registration. There are no discounts or partial payments
accepted.
Program Cancellation Policy
The Center reserves the right to cancel any
program that does not meet minimum registration numbers. Full refunds will
be given if the Center cancels a program.
Refund Policy
Cash refunds will only be issued to
registrations that cancel with 30 calendar day notice prior to the start of the
program. For each program cancelled there will be charged a $5
cancellation fee.
Credits for future School Year Programs will be
issued to registrants who have a bonafide illness and inform the Center prior to
the start of the program. Credits are valid for one year.
